The Kiwanis Pavilion is an open air pavilion with picnic tables on cement floor. There is area surrounding this pavilion where food vendors may come in and set-up for your event. This pavilion has a variety of uses - great for company or family picnics, class reunions - you name it!

The Central Soya Building is an open air pavilion with cement floor. This building allows for a variety of uses. It's an excellent housing facility for animal shows and is located directly next to our Show Barn. It also can be used for company picnics, scouting events - you name it! Restrooms are located nearby.

The Allen County Farm Bureau Building (Show Barn) houses our show arena. There is ample bleacher seating that can accommodate up to 500 people. This rental comes with or without fairground speaker access. Easily accessible to all three of our animal housing facilities, this building is a gem for animal shows, auctions, and other special events. Adjacent to this building is a concession stand which may be rented for an additional fee. If bedding is brought into this building, it must be straw or wood products (no paper products). Clean-up is NOT included in the rental.

The Lions Building is one of our two enclosed livestock barns. Conveniently located next to our Show Barn, this building is excellent for animal shows. It has a dirt floor and outside adjacent water stalls for washing. It also houses a small office facility. Furnish your own bedding (straw or wood products only - no paper bedding). Clean-up is NOT included in the rental.

The Small Animal Building basically mirrors the size of the Lions Building, however does not contain an office. This building is excellent for animal shows as it is adjacent to our Show Barn. The building has a dirt floor and outside water stalls for washing. Furnish your own bedding (straw or wood products only - no paper bedding). Clean-up is NOT included in the rental.

The Pull Strip is excellent for demolition derbies, tractor pulls, rodeos, outdoor music concerts, and other special events. There is ample bleacher seating to accommodate up to 1800 people. There is also a large pit area. You may rent with or without lights. An adjacent concession stand facility is available for an additional rental fee.

The Horse Arena offers bleacher seating and is lighted for evening shows. Just behind the show arena is the Horse Practice Arena. The onsite concession stand featuring picnic seating can be rented for an additional fee. The arena is bordered by a wooded primitive camping area and a large adjacent field providing ample parking space for vehicles.

The Horse Barn is a semi-open building with 76 stalls measuring 10' x 10' and 19 portable stalls. Furnish your own bedding (straw or wood only - no paper). Clean-up is NOT included. This barn is adjacent to watering stalls and located right beside the horse practice arena and show arena.
